Service-booking mode now selects services by section like slot mode:
appointment-booking-services returns service_section per item; ServiceSlotPicker
groups by section (SearchableSelect), accumulates picks across sections into a
removable 'section -> service' chip list.
Secretaries can override a service's duration for a single appointment without
changing the service default: appointment-service-slots accepts durations[uuid]
and both create endpoints accept service_durations; the override drives total
duration and slot_end. Online (patient) booking is unaffected — it never sends
overrides. Backend + frontend tests and docs updated.

Appointments could only reference a single service (ManyToOne). Add an
appointment_service_items join table (ManyToMany) so an appointment can
carry several services; the first stays the primary service_item for
backward compatibility, and toArray now also returns service_items[].
Both create endpoints (my/appointment, admin/appointment) accept
service_item_uuids[] and attach all of them. A new duration_from_services
flag gates the slot_end recompute: service-booking mode sends it true
(slot_end = start + Σ durations); slot mode omits it so the manual end
time is preserved. The admin endpoint previously ignored services entirely.
Frontend: in slot mode the single service dropdown becomes a checkbox list
filtered by the selected section (multi-select); service mode sends the
duration flag. Migration + backend/entity tests + docs updated.

Admin-side booking (POST /api/v1/my/appointment and
/api/v1/admin/appointment) resolved the patient User by mobile only, so
one person booked under two mobiles produced two User rows — and two
case-files, since PatientRecord is keyed on user_id. National code is the
real unique identity (User.national_code is already unique); a person may
have several mobiles.
Booking now requires + validates patient_national_code and resolves the
patient national-code-first (then mobile) via a shared PatientResolver, so
the case-file stays unique per national code even across mobiles. Reusing a
mobile already bound to a different national code returns 422
ERR_PROFILE_MOBILE_TAKEN. The admin create form and NewAppointmentDrawer
gain a national-code field and send it; both had a dead patient-picker URL
(/api/v1/patient) fixed to the real /api/v1/patients, whose payload already
carries user_national_code for autofill.
Docs (appointment.md, admin.md) and tests updated; new
AppointmentNationalCodeTest covers success, single-file reuse, missing,
invalid, and identity-conflict cases.

- AppointmentEditPage (edit.pdf): full-page edit of بخش/سرویس/پرسنل, Jalali
date + start/end time, deposit, status and notes; hydrates from
GET /appointment/{uuid} and saves through the general PATCH with the
optimistic-lock version. Routed at /admin/appointments/:uuid/edit (the
actions-menu ویرایش target).
- AppointmentFiltersModal (filter-desktop.pdf): name/national-code search,
بخش/سرویس selects, six status checkboxes (لغو شده covers both cancel
reasons), gender radios, حذف همه reset. Filtering is client-side over the
loaded day via the pure applyAppointmentFilters; toolbar gains the filter
button with an active indicator.
- /my/appointments rows now include patient_national_code and patient_gender
so the filters have data to match on.

Extend Appointment for the clinic-facing appointments area:
- New nullable relations service_section/service_item/staff (بخش/سرویس/پرسنل)
plus deposit_required/deposit_amount_rials (بیعانه) and is_reserve.
- New statuses following_up (در حال پیگیری) and salon (سالن) with day-of
transition rules; reserve entries never occupy a slot (several reserves may

- rescheduleTo(slotStart, slotEnd, isReserve) keeps active_slot_key consistent

- New PATCH /api/v1/appointment/{uuid}: partial update covering edit, slot

Register all 14 distinct codes as constants with their messages and replace the
raw usages across AdminApiController, MyAppointmentsController, CategoryController,
PreRegistrationController and ClinicInvitationController.
Wire values are kept identical (verified no consumer — admin SPA, nobat724_front,
tauri — switches on these strings), so this is backward compatible.
Regression: tests/Shared/ErrorCodesTest (wire values preserved + message resolves).

A non-unique index on (doctor_id, slot_start) plus a count-then-insert check
left a TOCTOU race: two concurrent requests could both pass isSlotTaken and
both insert. wrapInTransaction alone doesn't stop the phantom under InnoDB
REPEATABLE-READ.
Add a nullable, unique active_slot_key on Appointment = "doctorId:slotStart"
while the booking occupies the slot (pending/confirmed — in lockstep with
isSlotTaken); NULL once expired/completed/no_show/cancelled (NULLs don't collide
in a MySQL unique index, so released slots rebook freely). bookAtomically now:
catches the unique violation -> SlotTakenException, and expires lapsed pendings
in-transaction so the ~1-min window before the expiry cron doesn't wrongly block
rebooking. All three booking paths (online / my / admin) routed through it.
Migration backfills one row per (doctor, slot) — the latest id — so the index
builds even on dirty historical data without destructively cancelling bookings.
(Backfill surfaced a real pre-existing double-booked slot in dev data.)
Regression: tests/Appointment/SlotUniquenessTest. Adjusted the expiry-service
test fixture to use distinct slots (one live booking per slot is now enforced).

createAppointment only checked the caller held an allowed role, then booked
onto whatever doctor_uuid the request named — a doctor could book onto any
other doctor's calendar, a clinic onto doctors outside it, a secretary outside
their scope. Add canBookForDoctor(): doctor→own only, clinic→member doctors,
secretary→active scope + appointments.create permission, admin→any.
Regression: tests/Appointment/BookingScopeTest.

PatientRecord(entity_type,entity_id) already covered by its unique constraint;
UserActiveContext.user_id is the PK — neither needed a new index.
AppointmentExpiryService ran one findPendingByAppointment query per expiring
booking. Add PaymentRepository::findPendingByAppointments (one IN query keyed
by appointment id) and use it. Test covers expiry + payment cancellation for
several appointments at once.
getOverride leaked any doctor's override to any authenticated user; add the
owner-or-admin check (matching the update/delete endpoints) + regression test.
getSchedule returned any doctor's schedule to any authenticated user — the
mutation endpoints (update/delete) already checked owner-or-admin but this GET
did not. Add the same check + regression test (fails without the fix).
On prod (opcache.preload + prod container), getRepository(Entity::class)
returned Doctrine's default repository instead of the custom one when the
entity's #[ORM\Entity] had no repositoryClass — so custom finders like
DoctorSecretaryRepository::findAllActiveBySecretary threw BadMethodCallException,
making /oauth/userinfo return 500 after login. Declare repositoryClass explicitly
on all 25 affected entities.
Also add app:create-admin command (create/promote a ROLE_ADMIN user by mobile).

Unify and harden the payment flow (same API for the main site and all
consumer sites; per-client difference is only frontend_address).
- Payment gains STATUS_CANCELED. Gateways distinguish user-cancel from
failure (Mellat ResCode=17, SEP CanceledByUser, mock cancel=1) via a new
PaymentVerifyResult::canceled flag; callback sets canceled vs failed and
skips the circuit-breaker on cancel.
- Expiry job now cancels the pending payment when a booking lapses
(AppointmentExpiryService + PaymentRepository::findPendingByAppointment).
- frontend_address allowlist is read from the payment_allowed_frontend_hosts
site setting (manageable via PATCH /api/v1/admin/settings), falling back to
the ALLOWED_FRONTEND_HOSTS env var — so a new consumer site needs no code
change.
- .env: broaden CORS_ALLOW_ORIGIN to city subdomains (*.localhost /
*.clinic-pro.ddev.site) and add yazd-nobat.localhost to ALLOWED_FRONTEND_HOSTS.
- Update docs/api/payment.md and docs/api/admin.md.

Rebuild the doctor rating/review system to power the public site's rich
review UI, and restrict who may submit.
Ratings:
- Rate entity holds five 0–100 dimensions (waiting time, diagnosis
accuracy, behaviour, cleanliness, expertise) instead of a single score.
- GET /rate/{uuid} returns aggregate {point, satisfaction, averages[]}.
- POST /rate upserts all five dimensions and returns the new aggregate.
Comments:
- Comment gains parent/replies (threaded) and a rich toArray with author,
like_status (like/dislike counts + current user's vote) and nested
approved replies. POST /comment accepts {comment, parent}.
- Likes are directional (value 1=like, -1=dislike) with toggle/replace;
POST /like/{uuid} returns like_count/dislike_count/current_user_like.
Eligibility:
- Only a user with a confirmed appointment in the last 30 days may rate or
comment (AppointmentRepository::hasRecentConfirmed); otherwise
403 ERR_RATING_NOT_ELIGIBLE. New GET /rate/{uuid}/eligibility for the UI.
- security.yaml: narrow the public rate pattern so /eligibility stays auth'd.
Also updates admin rates listing to the new dimensions and the rating/admin
API docs. Includes migration for the new columns.

Consolidate onto the symfony/scheduler recipe's App\Schedule (stateful +
processOnlyLastMissedRun, so missed runs after downtime still execute)
instead of a separate provider. Add the every-1-minute
ExpireAppointmentsMessage there, point scheduler_default at
schedule://default, and drop the redundant ExpireAppointmentsSchedule.

Run the 15-min payment-expiry every minute through Symfony Scheduler so
unpaid pending bookings flip to expired without a system crontab. Install
symfony/scheduler; extract the expiry logic into AppointmentExpiryService
(reused by the existing command); add ExpireAppointmentsMessage + handler
and an #[AsSchedule] provider (RecurringMessage::every 1 minute); wire a
scheduler_default transport in messenger.yaml. Slots already free
just-in-time via isSlotTaken, so this only syncs the DB status.

Add findPaymentExpired (pending with expires_at < now) and have the
cancel-expired command flip both payment-expired and slot-time-passed
pendings to expired (deduped). Run it on a schedule (e.g. every minute:

book() now accepts for_self plus patient_* fields: for_self fills the
patient from the paying user's profile, otherwise patient_name/mobile are
required (422 if missing) and the rest are stored. Every booking starts
pending with a 15-minute expires_at. Persisting goes through
bookAtomically (re-check inside a transaction) so two concurrent requests
for the same slot can't both win — the loser gets 409.

is_available only checked whether a slot was booked, so on today's date
slots whose start time had already passed (e.g. 10:00 when it is 12:00)
still showed as bookable until the POST /appointment 422. Treat a slot
with start < now as unavailable in getAllSlotsWithAvailability, and drop
past slots in filterBookedSlots so getAvailableSlots agrees. Future days
are unaffected.

Add GET /api/v1/appointment-settings/month-availability/{doctorUuid}
?year=&month= (Gregorian) returning disabled_dates / enabled_dates for
the month plus the doctor's online_booking flag and window. Lives in
AppointmentController (per-method guards) so it is genuinely public —
the class-level IsGranted on AppointmentSettingsController would have
forced auth. Whitelisted in security.yaml (firewall + access_control).
Uses SlotCalculator::hasAnyAvailability per day, so holidays, closed
overrides, non-working days and out-of-window dates all come back
disabled.

buildAllSessions now rejects dates that are in the past, beyond the
doctor's booking window (today + value week|month), or when online
booking is disabled — gating overrides and weekly schedule alike. Add a
