feat(privacy): drop the office phone from the public doctor page

The number is no longer part of the public API payload, so the line under each
address would have rendered a bare "تلفن:" label with nothing after it. The
address and the routing button stay — those are what a visitor came for. In the
dashboard the phone is still shown, now only when the venue actually has one.
