Port the tauri /files/create-service page (payment mode) to the admin SPA
and back it with real multi-part session settlement:
Backend:
- New SessionPayment entity (session_payments table): partial payments
per session with method (wallet/pos/cash/card), amount, paid_at, actor
- PatientSession: settlement discount (percent/fixed), discount_rials,
paid_at, payments relation; remaining debt derived from
final - discount - paid total
- POST /api/v1/session/{uuid}/payments: register a partial payment;
wallet method debits the patient wallet; zero remaining marks paid
- PATCH /api/v1/session/{uuid}: accepts discount_type/discount_value
(null removes) and paid_at, backward compatible
- New error codes: ERR_SESSION_PAYMENT_INVALID/_EXCEEDS,
ERR_SESSION_DISCOUNT_INVALID
- Migration + 14 functional tests (partial/full/wallet/exceed/discount)
Frontend (admin):
- SessionPaymentPage: two-step stepper (پرداخت ← جزییات) ported from
tauri AddService payment mode — service cost, settlement discount
input, Jalali payment date, wallet balance, 4-method payment accordion,
paid-list box, details summary
- SessionStepper + stepper/payment icons ported verbatim from tauri SVGs
- «تکمیل پرداخت» on SessionServiceCard now navigates to the payment page
(replaces the small settle modal on PatientDetailPage)
- Routes for patients/ and my-patients/ variants; vitest coverage
- docs/api/patient.md updated

referral_source (UserProfile + migration).
- Extend PATCH /api/v1/patient/{uuid} to persist all demographic fields
and return them in the patient profile payload.

User.setMobileNumber, new ERR_PROFILE_002.

Frontend:
- New reusable Input, Field, and PatientRecordInfoForm (RHF + Zod).

~27 ad-hoc error codes (SLOT_TAKEN, USER_NOT_FOUND, VALIDATION, …) were raw
strings, so ErrorCodes::message() returned the "unknown" fallback for them.
Register all 14 distinct codes as constants with their messages and replace the
raw usages across AdminApiController, MyAppointmentsController, CategoryController,
PreRegistrationController and ClinicInvitationController.
Wire values are kept identical (verified no consumer — admin SPA, nobat724_front,
tauri — switches on these strings), so this is backward compatible.
Regression: tests/Shared/ErrorCodesTest (wire values preserved + message resolves).

- Added a new column `national_code_verified` to the `users` table.
- Normalized the `bank_account` field in the `representations` table from a single object to an array of IBANs with a default `verified` status of false.
feat(ApiIrService): implement identity verification client for api.ir
- Created `ApiIrService` to handle identity verification via api.ir.
- Implemented methods for matching national code with mobile and IBAN with national code and birth date.
- Added error handling and logging for external API requests.
Rebuild the doctor rating/review system to power the public site's rich
review UI, and restrict who may submit.
Ratings:
- Rate entity holds five 0–100 dimensions (waiting time, diagnosis
accuracy, behaviour, cleanliness, expertise) instead of a single score.
- GET /rate/{uuid} returns aggregate {point, satisfaction, averages[]}.
- POST /rate upserts all five dimensions and returns the new aggregate.
Comments:
- Comment gains parent/replies (threaded) and a rich toArray with author,
like_status (like/dislike counts + current user's vote) and nested
approved replies. POST /comment accepts {comment, parent}.
- Likes are directional (value 1=like, -1=dislike) with toggle/replace;
POST /like/{uuid} returns like_count/dislike_count/current_user_like.
Eligibility:
- Only a user with a confirmed appointment in the last 30 days may rate or
comment (AppointmentRepository::hasRecentConfirmed); otherwise
403 ERR_RATING_NOT_ELIGIBLE. New GET /rate/{uuid}/eligibility for the UI.
- security.yaml: narrow the public rate pattern so /eligibility stays auth'd.
Also updates admin rates listing to the new dimensions and the rating/admin
API docs. Includes migration for the new columns.
